Temporary Document Storage
For users who access our tools without creating an account (unauthenticated use), we want to be transparent about how we handle your documents:
📁 Temporary Storage
Documents uploaded for local, unauthenticated use are stored temporarily and may not persist beyond 24 hours. These temporary documents are automatically deleted to protect your privacy and manage our storage resources efficiently.
🤖 AI Training Policy
We currently route your sanitized notes through Google’s Gemini Beta v1 APIs for AI processing. We keep the strongest no-training flags we can apply and refresh our publisher model configuration often, but Gemini Beta v1 is still under Google’s control, so we cannot guarantee the requests, transcripts, or metadata won’t be logged or used other than for the immediate task. That means there is an industry-level exposure risk for sensitive scripts/IP, even though we do not expect it and work hard to minimize it. Please skip the AI tools or remove confidential sections if you need to avoid that residual risk.

💾 Permanent Storage
To ensure your documents are saved permanently and to access additional features, we recommend creating a free account. Authenticated users have full control over their documents and can manage them through their account settings.
